Greetings from the
Head of School

Welcome to Trinity Academy Meadow View. I am delighted you found us and look forward to getting to know you and your family.

At Trinity, we view education as a type of human awakening, something that is grounded in discovery and attained by pursuing truth. The program we offer is a classical, Christian approach. With 26 years of history, results show that our model not only prepares students for college and careers, but also assists them in developing intellectually, spiritually, and socially.

When you step onto campus, you will immediately notice an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness. In classrooms, students and teachers engage together in thoughtful discussion, asking questions and pursuing understanding. This shared pursuit of learning is the heart of our community of learners.

We hope your family will find a place here with us.

In Christ,

Our Vision

Trinity Academy’s graduates will be known for their love of learning and their ability to appreciate the arts, humanities, mathematics, and sciences. They will have foundational intellectual skills and qualities of mind that enable them to be of use to God in the wise care and governance of his creation and in the service of his kingdom.

History

In 1980, the People of Praise developed a distinctive philosophy of education inspired by theories of classical, contemporary, and Christian education. With this educational philosophy, they launched a network of Trinity schools, including one on Meadow View Road in Falls Church, Virginia. These schools became a foundation for the contemporary classical school movement

Trinity School at Meadow View opened in 1998. In 2025, we chose to be governed by a local board of trustees. Although our name became Trinity Academy Meadow View, the campus, curriculum, and educational philosophy remained the same.

The Meadow View school earned blue ribbons from the National Blue Ribbon Schools Program in 2009, 2017, and 2023 for being an Exemplary High Performing School. It has been accredited by the Virginia Association of Independent Schools since 2010.

Christian Identity

Trinity Academy offers an authentically Christian education designed to support parents in their efforts to foster Christian faith in their children. Every class begins with prayer; each year of the curriculum includes the study of the Christian Scriptures, doctrine, or theological works; and students attend daily morning prayer where faculty members and seniors bear witness to their life in Christ.

While parents and students are not required to be practicing Christians, Trinity Academy faculty members assent in good faith to the tenets of the Nicene Creed, are members in good standing in their own denomination or Christian tradition, and agree to abide by a basic code of conduct informed by Christian teaching. They provide positive Christian role models without proselytizing or engaging in explicit faith formation.
