Ancient Greece Camp

 

Monday—Friday, 10:00 to 2:30 p.m.

Session I: July 6-10 or Session II: July 20-24 

Boys and girls rising into 4th, 5th, and 6th grade are invited to travel back in time this summer to Ancient Greece. Participants will learn about the history and culture of this ancient civilization including Greek gods and godesses, the first Olympics, ancient pottery and art forms, and strategies used in Greek warfare. Each day is filled with hands-on learning and lots of outdoor fun. $350

Basic Soccer Skills

 

Monday—Friday, 9:00 a.m. to Noon

June 15—19

St. Philip Soccer Field, 7500 St. Philip Ct., Falls Church

Boys rising into 5th, 6th, and 7th grade are invited to build a strong foundation in soccer through a fun and engaging skills camp. Players will learn and practice essential techniques—such as trapping, dribbling, throw-ins, and free kicks—through a combination of focused drills and friendly competitions. Each session will also include scrimmages, giving campers the chance to apply what they’ve learned in a game setting while developing confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport. $250

Colonial Girls Summer Society

 

Monday—Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

July 13—17

The Colonial Girls Summer Society invites girls rising into 5th and 6th grade to step back in time for a week full of creativity, friendship, and fun! Campers will explore the charm of early American life as they try their hand at colonial cooking, crafts, music, and traditional pastimes. The week will wrap up with a delightful final-day performance to share all they’ve learned! $350
